What books did you miss?
Yup there’s a few on your list that took my fancy but I didn’t get around to them – including Mrs Hemingway.
I can’t believe that I still didn’t buy Gray Mountain! I also want to read All the Light We Cannot See and Mrs Hemingway. The only one on your list that I read is Landline, and I enjoyed it at the time (easy-reading) but looking back it wasn’t anything special.
I just picked it up from the library! Can’t wait to finish this ARC and get to it!
I haven’t read any of them, but almost everyone I follow on Twitter (bookish-wise) loved Mrs. Hemmingway by Naomi Wood.
Great list! A lot of these titles are new to me, but I did read The Martian last year and LOVED it. I hope you do too! And I love anything about Hemingway’s life, so I’m going to have to check out Mrs. Hemingway. Here’s my TTT. Happy reading!
Great list! I hope to get to The Martian soon.
I haven’t read any of these yet, although I will be looking into The Martian and Landline soon!
Here’s my TTT.
Landline is great!
I loved The Martian! Such a great book — I’ve already pushed it on a couple of friends and family members. 🙂 I’m really looking forward to reading All the Light You Cannot See with my book group this year. It looks like you have some great reading coming up!
I was planning on reading Mrs. Hemingway last year but never got to it. It’s high on my list this year.
I love books about authors in the 1920’s!
I don’t know why I haven’t read more Colm Toibin – I read and loved The Master many years ago. I’ll need to look into Nora Webster. Good luck with tackling this list this year!
The only book of his that I read was Brooklyn- great book!
Oh, I want to read The Martian! I didn’t put it on my list because I didn’t really decide to read it until around Christmas, so it doesn’t feel like a book I “meant to read but didn’t get to” yet. And I’d like to read Landline. Good luck; I hope you can fit all these in in 2015!
