“He was calm now- all sense of dread and panic banished by the simple act of losing himself in an old book.”
-from The Bookman’s Tale by Charlie Lovett

LOVE that quote! I have to read this 🙂
I had the very wonderful chance of interviewing Charlie Lovett on this book. You should check it out on my blog! 🙂
And I’m also hosting a US-only giveaway of The Bookman’s Tale, if you’re interested!
Just did- Awesome interview!! I just finished the book- got it through Netgalley. It was SO well written. I borrowed my daughter’s kindle to read it and while I am glad I did, I think I would have enjoyed it just a little more in print- don’t have a complete handle on the kindle yet- going back, etc. I hope you enjoy it!
btw- when I write my review, would you mind if I provide a link to your interview? It really was great.
I’m glad you liked it! That’s why I’ll never get an e-reader — I just don’t think I’d enjoy the story as much as I could with print. So in that case, you should definitely enter for my giveaway, seeing as I’m giving away a print copy of it.
And definitely, please do provide a link! I don’t mind at all 🙂
Great quote! And thanks for joining in for Thursday Quotables. 🙂 I need to get a copy of this book!
